🔏 Privacy notice & consent By submitting, you provide your external government-portal credentials (portal name/URL, username, password), your Amazon login/alias, entity, account type, and any notes. This data is classified Highly Confidential and is: encrypted at rest (AWS KMS) and in transit (TLS); used only to configure automatic login in Island PAM on your behalf; accessible only to authorized configurators (kambpava, madhajos) with full audit logging; and auto-deleted within 7 days (or immediately after configuration). ✅ What happens next? Your Island Browser Admin will configure Island PAM and reach out for testing purposes. No further action is needed from you. Your credentials will be auto-deleted within 7 days or immediately after successful configuration and testing — whichever is earlier.
How is your data protected?
🔐 End-to-end encrypted Your password is protected from the moment you click Submit using AES-256 encryption.
📋 Audit trail (3 years) Every access is logged and monitored for 3 years. Any suspicious activity is tracked.
🗑️ Auto-deleted in 7 days Your credentials are permanently erased after configuration or within 7 days — whichever is earlier.
🚨 Intrusion alerts We are alerted immediately if anyone unauthorized attempts to access your credentials.

What is Island Browser? Island is Amazon's secure enterprise browser for accessing third-party portals (e.g. government, banks, compliance portals). It stores your credentials securely and auto-logs you in — so you never need to type or remember passwords.
Why am I submitting credentials here? Third-party portals (e.g. government, banks) don't support Amazon's Single Sign-On (SSO). Island Browser is the approved solution — it securely stores your credentials and handles login automatically on your behalf.
What happens after I submit? • Your credentials are encrypted and uploaded to Island Browser • When you launch the portal through Island, you're automatically logged in • You won't need to know or enter the password — Island handles it • All activity is logged and monitored
When should Island be used? • Accessing third-party websites that don't support Amazon SSO • Third-party portals (e.g. government, banks, compliance) • Only for Amazon business functions — not personal browsing
Important to know • Island enforces Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and security logging • Passwords cannot be copied, shared, or stored insecurely • All access through Island is monitored and attributed to individuals • This replaces the old practice of sharing passwords via Slack/email/Excel files/SIM tickets
